About Me

I’m a Health and Fitness Specialist with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University, and I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2020. My hands-on experience includes:

2022: An internship with The Strength Feed, training D1 athletes, youth athletes, and leading group fitness sessions.

2023: Working with post-op orthopedic and elderly patients at Rex Hospital Orthopedic Specialist Physical Therapy—helping them get back to doing what they love.

2024: Serving as a Health Fitness Professional/Wellness Director intern at Cisco RTP.

As a hybrid athlete, I practice Brazilian jiu jitsu, wrestling, bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting, and running. I believe the gym is an amazing community—a place where everyone works to become a better version of themselves.

My mission? To be the lighthouse that keeps your boat afloat as you achieve your fitness goals.
